We’re in the home straight – or rather the final week frenzy to clear our desks before the bell rings for end of business 2017.
So while I’ve still got your attention I’d like to say thank you.
Thank you for your business, trust, and confidence in Pyrios.
All years are busy, but 2017 was a particularly big one for Pyrios, as we upped our game to meet the promises of our relaunch in 2016.
I’ve outlined a few highlights below, though with some trepidation knowing that this kind of reflection is easily construed as fascination with one’s self.
But in my defence, I’m hoping the list offers a few surprises and new possibilities for clever technology and integration to make a real difference to your business and customers.
Here we go:
- Standout projects for Pyrios clients Synergy and Schneider Electric demonstrate the power of automation to streamline moments of truths in customer communications. Learn more about our recent project work.
- Pyrios’ alliance and equity stake in UC Logiq has significantly boosted our capabilities in Microsoft UC deployments spanning both on-premise and the cloud. Read about our bigger Microsoft engine.
- Our newly-formed customer success team helped a number of clients squeeze more from their technology, and also pinpointed future limitations they used to steer technology roadmaps.
- On a more charitable front, we raised $31,000 to support global charity Plan International’s push for digital birth certification for the more than 230 million children worldwide without a birth certificate. Many thanks to those who donated at the charity lunch we hosted at the Grand Hyatt, Melbourne.
2018 is shaping up as another year of new developments principally focused on helping our clients make better use of their data, improving customer experience, and positioning company leaders to drive digital transformation.
To get there we’ve created two new roles, with former GM Services Andrew McTeigue leading innovation, and Mark Vincent (who has recently returned from a stint in the UK working for Pyrios sister company Virsae) leading strategic alliances.
We’re also pursuing our cloud strategy, with an innovation hub (still under wraps) to provide the testbed for new technologies and approaches to design and transition to the cloud. Watch this space.
Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and relaxing holiday season.
